BRANCH HEAD / MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Responsibilities:

Plans, implements and evaluate strategies for store profitability
Responsible in achieving sales target and ensuring operating costs are kept within budget allocations
Monitors efficient functioning of the branch particularly in image building, customer satisfaction, sales, inventory, collection and people management
Manages day to day store operations including adherence to store SOP's and performs administrative functions
Manages daily store operations
Plans and manages profitability of store’s events, promotions, and other marketing activities
Manages performance and productivity of staff
Requirements:

Male/Female, between 22-35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
With at least 1 year relative work experience is required for this position
Must have sufficient knowledge of store operations, cashiering, sales, inventory, and collection management
